Shipping Methods

At Marianna Canu Art, we strive to provide our customers with a seamless and reliable shopping experience. We offer a variety of shipping methods to ensure your order reaches you in a timely manner. The available shipping options may vary depending on your location and the items in your cart. Here are the shipping methods we offer:

  • All original Paintings will be shipped within 2-4 business days after the order is received. Giclee/Canvas Prints require 2-4 weeks of processing before shipment. After your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking information. 
  • All Art Apparel & accessories will be received within 7 to 11 days after the order is received.We use all major carriers. For all Original Artwork and Giclees/Canvas Prints, we utilize a local carrier specializing in artwork and antiques.
  • International Shipping: We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping times may vary based on your location and customs regulations. Select a delivery method during checkout.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. You can view the shipping cost for your specific order during the checkout process.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and delivery date of your package.

Shipping Restrictions

Please be aware of any shipping restrictions that may apply to certain products. Some items may not be eligible for international shipping due to regulations or safety concerns. Any such restrictions will be clearly mentioned on the product page.

Lost or Damaged Items

While we take great care in packaging and delivering your order, unforeseen circumstances may lead to lost or damaged items during transit. If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving your order, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
