A heavily embellished canvas, is a work of art that has been enhanced beyond flat, standard print or painting through the addition of different mediums, or dimensional elements. Marianna manually add oil or acrylic paint and/or texture to the canvas surface, creating a piece that has more depth and visual interest than a traditional Giclee' print.

A Giclee'/Reworked Canvas or Canvas Print is a high-resolution reproduction on canvas. These prints are the closest reproduction to an original painting and are sold through galleries and museums worldwide. Our Giclee' canvas is stretched over a 1.4-inch wooden stretcher bar, gallery wrapped, and wired for hanging. 

Hand Embellished Giclee' involves unique additions made by the artist to create a one-of-a-kind piece of art. Using a brush technique with real paint, brush strokes, texture, and varnish, Marianna Canu replicates the process of the original painting.
